Is It Possible To Return Or Replace A Product From One Brand To A Shop Specializing In A Different Brand?

Where Do Your Rewards Go?

If you do not use your account or if your account is canceled, the monetary value (Reward Points) given to the returned item will not be refunded or credited. Your return is subject to the Return/Exchange Policy of the store from whom you made your purchase. There may also be some other criteria.

- Get your package ready to go.

Returns for online purchases from Old Navy are made at any physical location. If you purchase from Gap online, you may return it to any Gap shop but not Old Navy. Online purchases cannot be returned to the Outlet locations. You can't return it to the Banana Republic Factory shop if you purchased from the Banana Republic online. Make sure you:
